2. Products & Ordering

WindowShades360 sells motorized blinds, shades, and related window treatment products. Many of our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, including your chosen dimensions, fabric, color, and motor options. Because of this custom nature, please review your order details carefully before submitting.

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and materials may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and display technology. We recommend ordering fabric samples when available to confirm your selection before placing a full order.

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain errors in pricing or product information. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund for any amount already charged.

3. Payment Terms

All prices listed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Square. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Square. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Because many of our products are custom-manufactured, production and delivery timelines may vary. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email, but are not guaranteed. WindowShades360 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because most of our products are custom-made to order, returns and exchanges may be subject to restrictions. Custom-made products that are manufactured to your specific measurements, fabric choice, and configuration are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

6. Warranty

All WindowShades360 products sold through WindowShades360 are backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, videos, page layouts, and software, is the property of WindowShades360 or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The WindowShades360 name, WindowShades360 name, and all related logos and trademarks are the exclusive property of WindowShades360. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. Limited, non-commercial use of Site content (such as sharing a product link) is permitted provided proper attribution is given.

8. User Accounts

Certain features of the Site may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information as needed to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
