We want you to love your new shades. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring every customer has a positive experience with WindowShades360.
Eligible Returns
The following items are eligible for a return or replacement:
- Defective products — shades with manufacturing defects, motor malfunctions, or material flaws.
- Wrong size due to our error — if the shade does not match the dimensions on your order confirmation.
- Damaged in transit — shades that arrive with visible damage caused during shipping.
All returned items must be in their original packaging with all components, hardware, and documentation included.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made shades — all WindowShades360 shades are manufactured to order with your specific dimensions and cannot be restocked or resold.
- Fabric swatches — complimentary swatches are non-returnable.
- Accessories opened from sealed packaging — remotes, solar panels, and other accessories that have been opened and used.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@windowshades360.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos of the product and any damage or defects, if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Pack the shade securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your shade for a different size or color, please contact our support team at support@windowshades360.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional processing time since all shades are custom-manufactured to your new specifications.
