Processing Time
All WindowShades360 shades are custom-made to order. Each shade is manufactured to your exact specifications, ensuring a perfect fit for your windows.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order enters production and another notification when it ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for all domestic orders:
- Free Standard Shipping — estimated 14 business days. Available on all orders at no cost.
- Expedited Shipping ($9.99) — estimated 10 business days. Faster processing and transit for any order.
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has completed production and has been handed off to the carrier. Custom-made shades require manufacturing time before shipment.
Delivery
Orders are delivered via FedEx or UPS, depending on package size and destination. A signature may be required for orders over $250 to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially for larger orders. If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling or picking up the package at a nearby facility.
International Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging your shades, but damage can occasionally occur during transit. Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, document it with photos before opening.
- Inspect the shade for any defects or damage caused during shipping.
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
